PROJECT PERFORMANCE

Shenwan Lujiang Power Plant 2×660MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project overview: Wet electrostatic precipitator will be built for the newly-built unit, and three-dimensional visual design is adopted for the first time;

·Commissioning effect: The discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 1mg/Nm3;

·Project highlights: The use of reinforced discharge cathode wires, under the premise of ensuring the dust removal effect, greatly reduces the cost.

Shaanxi Fuping Thermal Power 2×350MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project overview: The project is a new project, and the absorption tower, wet electrostatic precipitator, and direct exhaust chimney are arranged in the intermediate cooling tower;

·Commissioning effect: The discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 0.5mg/Nm3;

·Project highlights: The first "four towers in one" ultra-clean emission project in China.

Shenwan Maanshan Power Plant 4×330MW Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project Overview: This project is a renovation project. The original GGH is removed and a high-efficiency non-water wet electrostatic precipitator is added;

·Commissioning effect: The emission concentration of particulate matter at the outlet of the 4 units is stabilized below 1mg/Nm3, and the dust removal efficiency is greater than 95%;

·Project highlights: Overcoming disadvantages such as tight construction period, narrow site, and difficulty in transformation, all 4 units were put into production within one year.

Guohua Sanhe Power Plant 1×350MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

· Project Overview: This project is a demonstration project of environmental protection transformation of the National Coal Power Unit, and an important part of the National Energy Group's "Near-Zero Soot Emission" and green power generation plan;

· Commissioning effect: the discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 3mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights: The first domestic “near zero emission” wet electrostatic precipitator supporting limestone-gypsum desulfurization, and won the first prize of the China Electric Power Science and Technology Award.
