Shenwan Lujiang Power Plant 2×660MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project overview: Wet electrostatic precipitator will be built for the newly-built unit, and three-dimensional visual design is adopted for the first time;

·Commissioning effect: The discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 1mg/Nm3;

·Project highlights: The use of reinforced discharge cathode wires, under the premise of ensuring the dust removal effect, greatly reduces the cost.

Shaanxi Fuping Thermal Power 2×350MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project overview: The project is a new project, and the absorption tower, wet electrostatic precipitator, and direct exhaust chimney are arranged in the intermediate cooling tower;

·Commissioning effect: The discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 0.5mg/Nm3;

·Project highlights: The first "four towers in one" ultra-clean emission project in China.

Shenwan Maanshan Power Plant 4×330MW Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

·Project Overview: This project is a renovation project. The original GGH is removed and a high-efficiency non-water wet electrostatic precipitator is added;

·Commissioning effect: The emission concentration of particulate matter at the outlet of the 4 units is stabilized below 1mg/Nm3, and the dust removal efficiency is greater than 95%;

·Project highlights: Overcoming disadvantages such as tight construction period, narrow site, and difficulty in transformation, all 4 units were put into production within one year.

Guohua Sanhe Power Plant 1×350MW Unit Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Project

· Project Overview: This project is a demonstration project of environmental protection transformation of the National Coal Power Unit, and an important part of the National Energy Group's "Near-Zero Soot Emission" and green power generation plan;

· Commissioning effect: the discharge concentration of particulate matter at the outlet is stabilized below 3mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights: The first domestic “near zero emission” wet electrostatic precipitator supporting limestone-gypsum desulfurization, and won the first prize of the China Electric Power Science and Technology Award.

Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal T3 Dust Collector Project

· Project Overview: This project is a newly built project with four coal conveying belts, and the amount of coal dust gas is about 80,000m3/h;

· Operation effect: dust removal efficiency is above 99.9%, and the concentration of particulate matter emission is less than 10mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights: Overcoming the complex geological conditions in the tidal flat area, the construction was completed and put into operation in winter.

Shenhua Huanghua Port Dust Treatment Project

· Project Overview: This project is a new project, with a processing capacity of 50t/day of pulverized coal;

· Commissioning effect: the processing capacity of pulverized coal is 50t/day, the moisture content of the finished coal cake is ≤25%, and the annual income is nearly 20,000 tons of finished coal;

· Project highlights: The first one in China, with an annual income of 13 million in the first year of operation, and won the first prize of the National Energy Group's 2018 Award Fund.

Semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal integrated project of Shenfu Yandian 300MW unit

· Project Overview: Remove the original bag area of the electric bag filter and the induced draft fan, and build a new desulfurization and dust removal island in the open space behind the dust collector of the two electric fields to the chimney;

· Commissioning effect: SO2 emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3, desulfurization efficiency is greater than 97.6%, particulate matter emission concentration is less than 4mg/Nm3, and dust removal efficiency is greater than 99.99%;

· Project highlights: Compared with wet desulfurization, it saves more than 300,000 tons of water per year, no waste water and white smoke, and no anti-corrosion treatment.

Guohua Jinjie Energy 2×600MW Unit Desulfurization and Efficiency Improvement Project

· Project overview: Renovate the original 2×600MW unit desulfurization tower, add a desulfurization efficiency improvement device, remove the original mist eliminator, and add a high-efficiency dust and mist removal device;

· Commissioning effect: SO2 emission concentration at desulfurization outlet is less than 30mg/Nm3; particulate matter emission concentration is less than 3mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights: small reconstruction scope, convenient construction and short project period.

Inner Mongolia Wuhai Xilaifeng 2×200MW Unit Ultra-low Emission Project

· Project Overview: Aiming at the upgrading and transformation of the original 2×200MW circulating fluidized bed unit supporting desulfurization system, two furnaces and one tower were changed to one furnace and one tower, the original desulfurization tower was transformed, and a high-efficiency desulfurization and dust removal integrated reaction tower was newly built. Tray + high-efficiency dust and mist eliminator technology;

· Commissioning effect: SO2 emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3, particulate matter emission concentration is less than 2mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights: Aiming at the transformation of the original system, it has the advantages of low investment, small transformation scope and short construction period.

Shandong Huantai Tangshan Thermal Power 3×130t/h Pulverized Coal Boiler Ammonia Desulfurization Project

·Project Overview:Upgrade the original 3×130t/h boiler supporting ammonia desulfurization system, optimize the internals of the original tower, and add a pre-wash tower and a wet electric precipitator;

· Putting into operation effect:The emission concentration of SO2 is less than 10mg/Nm3, and the emission concentration of particulate matter is less than 3mg/Nm3;

· Project highlights:The mist eliminator in the original tower is replaced with a high-efficiency dust eliminator, a pre-washing link is added, pH value, slurry density, and reaction temperature control methods are optimized, and the scope of transformation is small and the cycle is short.

Inner Mongolia Zhungeer Energy Gangue Power Plant 2×330MW Unit SNCR Project

· Project Overview:Newly built SNCR denitrification system for 2×330MW units, using urea as the reducing agent;

· Putting into operation effect:The NOx emission concentration is less than 40mg/Nm3.

Hunan Datang Shimen Power Plant 2×330MW Unit SCR Project

· Project Overview:This project will mainly carry out the optimization and transformation of the ammonia zone of the 2×330MW unit, the overall optimization and transformation of the diversion device, and the addition of layer catalysts and soot blowing equipment;

· Putting into operation effect:The NOx emission concentration is less than 40mg/Nm3, and the ammonia escape rate is less than 2.5mg/Nm3.
